Jenny Schmidt

Jenny Schmidt has been with Fitness Together since August of 2004. She took over as owner of Fitness Together in Overland Park in December 2012.  Her vision is to continue to have Fitness Together be the premiere personal training studio in the Johnson County area and beyond.  She enjoys the one on one and small group interaction with her clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle. Jenny played Division 1 basketball at Illinois State and professional basketball for 4 years both overseas and here in the states. She graduated from Illinois State in 1999 and was recently inducted into the ISU athletic department Hall of Fame in October 2012.  She became certified as a personal trainer through the NSCA, ACE, the Fitness Together Corporation, as well as the Professional Fitness Institute in Olathe.

John Holihan

John has been with Fitness Together since summer of 2008. He is certified through the Fitness Together Corporation and enjoys building both a professional and personal relationship with his clients; considering them friends as well as clients. The results his clients obtain and the confidence they gain from working hard are the biggest reasons why he enjoys the training industry.  John is also a writer, covering the University of Kansas Basketball Program since 2004. He studied journalism at KU and would like to study exercise science at some point. Basketball, tennis, and golf are his favorite sports.

Tyler Kinsler

Tyler joined the Fitness Together staff in the spring of 2014 and has a certification in personal training through ACE program. He has also taken classes in nutrition and body building, as well as completed a CPR/AED course with certification.  An avid sports fan, Tyler loves to stay active and tries to focus on his own fitness six times per week and prides himself on his diet and nutritional habits. "My goal as a trainer is to help as many people as I can to achieve their goals. I hope to get people as addicted to fitness as I am and help them realize health and fitness is one of the most important things a person can maintain in order to live a long and happy life."
