Carl Cautley

Owner/Manager

Carl is Owner/Manager of Fitness Together Ireland Limited. Having spent over 20 year’s pursuing a successful career in Advertising he decided to follow his passion into the Health and Fitness industry. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and qualified from UL affiliate, NCEF to Tutor level 3 in 2004. As a keen athlete Carl has won numerous Irish records and titles in the sport of Water Skiing and represented Ireland in 7 European and World titles. He also has a passion for rugby, soccer, athletics, surfing and swimming.

Rachel Walker

Personal Trainer

Rachel is a a graduate from Trinity College with a BA in Natural Science in 2007.  She then went on to qualify as a fitness instructor at the National Training Centre with emphasis on Pilates and Personal Training.

Rachel is extremely affiable and will make any client from beginner to advanced comfortable with fitness training.

Her own personal passion is strength training, nutrition and general wellness. 

Declan Smyth

Personal Trainer

Declan is a Certified Personal Trainer also holding Diplomas in Gym and Studio Instruction, Spin, Boxercise and Circuit Training. Having spent over 10 years in weight and fitness training Declan has excellent knowledge in all aspects of health and fitness and can help everyone from the beginner to the elite athlete in reaching their desired goals. His interests include soccer, boxing, running and cycling.

Kevin Kelly

Personal Trainer

Kevin is a qualified personal trainer & boxing instructor. Over the last number of years Kevin has gained widespread experience in the health & fitness industry. He has a national qualification in pre & postnatal exercise together with diplomas in circuit training, boxing, spin & gym instruction. He competes competitively in mountain running and ran his first marathon in 2009. If you are new to fitness or just want to advance your fitness levels he will make it happen. Kevin is a keen kick boxer, surfer, rugby player, swimmer and biker.

Mark McAuly

Personal Trainer

Mark is a qualified NCEHS Personal Trainer. He has been involved in sports and training most of his life having played rugby from the age of 7. He was a member of the Blackrock College senior rugby squad for two years and went onto play for Wanders at senior level. He then became involved in rugby league and played for the Irish Wolfhounds in the 4 Nations Championship in both 2002 and 2003. He has excellent knowledge in total body conditioning, core strength and balance techniques.|

Faye Masterson

Personal Trainer

Faye is a ITEC qualified personal trainer and has been working in the fitness industry since she qualified in 2008. Faye holds a BSC in Social Science from UCD and is currently persuing her second BSC in Physical Therapy and Health Sciences. Faye is PICP 1 & 2 qualified, as well as holding a Biosignature qualification, an advanced nutritional intervention programme.

Faye has experience training men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Her focus is on training people for fat loss, rehabilitation and strength gains with safe and effective programmes tailored to your goals.

Faye has had a passion for fitness and has competed in national gymnastics from a young age. Her interests include strength training, rehabilitation and nutrition. She also enjoys swimming and cycling.
