Andrew Clauser

Manager and Head Trainer

Andrew has been a trainer and nutrition consultant for nine years since graduating from West Chester University with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.  He also has a Masters Degree in Sport and Athletic Management and is CPR and AED certified. He has experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels, athletes/non-athletes, shapes/sizes, and has a special interest in pain management and working with clients with osteopedic issues. His unique approach of Weightlifting, Metabolic Training, and Nutrition provides clients with guarenteed results. Andrew has also authored numerous essays and short articles in order to help clients achieve and surpass their goals. Andrew always goes the extra mile in helping clients achieve their personal fitness goals. Here is Andrew's philosophy on health and fitness:

"Health and fitness should be a lifelong quest, not an instant expectation. Health and fitness is a daily part of life, not when your appointment exists. I believe in helping people achieve the lifestyle that keeps them energetic, focused, and supremely happy all day and everyday. Confidence and a better physique are not shown on a scale. They are shown through observations of other people, changes in your clothing sizes, and general energy levels. Everybody knows some or all of the benefits of exercise and I will help you feel every one of those positive effects."

Rachel Courtney

Personal Trainer

From a young age Rachel had a passion for sports.  She played basketball, tennis and softball competitively growing up and can still be found shooting hoops at local parks in Chester County.  After receiving her BA in English and Russian Studies from Muhlenberg College, she lived in Los Angeles for a few years but found sunny and 70 everyday didn't agree with her.  Now back in the seasonal Northeast, she promotes leading a balanced lifestyle - engaging the mind and body in equal measure.  She enjoys not only leading an active lifestyle, but also writing, reading and watching films.  She gives clients well-rounded, challenging workouts that cater to their specific goals and needs.  She is Fitness Together certified and is currently undergoing her ISSA certification.  She is AED/CPR certified.
