When trying to improve your health, and reach your fitness goals, you have to believe you can accomplish them before you start. You should never believe your goals are too lofty, or too challenging to reach. These following phrases are things that need to be erased from your vocabulary:
Can't- This is a belief
Won't- This is a choice
Too hard- This is an assumption
Instead, say you can, will, and your goals are challenging, but achieveable. Your road to success is as long as YOU decide it to be. Never give up, and always work hard for what you want in life, and in fitness.
