Fitness Tip: Take it easy!

-After multiple heavy work-outs in a row or consecutive days of high intensity sports or activities it is necessary to give your body a rest. I don’t mean just lie around the house watching TV, spend some time on your body giving it some extra love. Really focus on your mobility and movement efficiency and grind out those sore and tight spots that have accumulated due to the stress you have been putting on your body. If you do this you will feel great and it will aid in improving your movement during your workouts!
