Some basic rules when it comes to getting in shape.
1) Do not always go for total weight loss, the scale will change through out the day. Instead take measurements or see how your cloths fit after a wash.
2) Try not to go more than 2 days in a row without exercise of some kind.
3) Never miss a monday workout.
4) Ask your fitness professional for help with nutrition or for ideas on how to be more active outside.
