I just want to leave you with a quick blog to start the Patriots season off right!

Instead of munching on chips, popcorn, and beer try to do some exercises during the commericial breaks. Try these:

1. Pushups = 1 minute

2. Plank = 30 seconds

3. Split jumps or Stationary lunges 15 each

Repeat during each commercial break or every time a team crosses the 50 yard line!
