I am going to keep today’s blog short, but please do not mistake it’s importance. Many of you are getting on a plane at the end of this week or early next week for your February vacation! Please enjoy the mountains or warm weather! With that be said, let me ask you a question. What is one of the first pieces of information the attendants give you during the safety checks:
"In case of an emergency, put YOUR oxygen mask on first BEFORE you help the person or child next to you."
The same goes for your health. Many of you put your work and kids (hopefully not in that order) ahead of your own needs. This is not smart, remember you can best take care of your family and other obligations if you are at YOUR BEST!
Just 45 minutes of exercise a day can have a substantial positive impact on your health. Combine exercise and correct nutrition and you will be able to run right through each obstacle the day presents. Good luck!
