The Strong Era: Private Strength Training Experience

The Strong Era is a one-on-one personal training program. It’s designed to help women build strength in ways that support muscle mass, bone health, metabolism, and long-term physical resilience.

As women move through perimenopause and menopause, hormonal changes can significantly impact how the body responds to exercise, accelerating muscle loss and slowing recovery.

Strength training becomes essential, but only when it is personalized, properly coached, and programmed with intention.

Program Structure
