    Hi! My name is Chris I have been active and involved in Sports since I was able to walk. I've played all sports including baseball, basketball, swimming, tennis, football, track, cross-country and rugby when I got to college. The fall of 2021 is when I started to enjoy the sport of power lifting and body building. I completed an internship at a Personal Training gym in East Stroudsburg, PA where I learned the ropes of coaching 1on1 personalized sessions. I graduated from East Stroudsburg University in PA in the Spring of 2022 with a Bachelor's in Physical and Health Education. As soon as I graduated, I started to work on my Certifications to be a Personal Trainer from ISSA. I know currently & in the future that my career will be in the fitness field. I am now here doing what I worked hard to become. I'm always learning and growing, not just as a trainer but as a human being as well. My goal is to inspire others through fitness and nutrition so they can chase after their dreams.

    I enjoy working on my car, working out at the gym, hanging with friends and family & studying nutrition and fitness. I enjoy looking up new training principles and exercises so I can incorporate everything I'm learning into my own training program and my clients as well!     Hello I'm Pete! My journey began in 8th grade with strength and conditioning for sport preparation. I found that working out gave me a constructive and challenging outlet to pursue,I've continued to use that outlet throughout my life. I graduated from JMU with a degree in Athletic Training which was something I enjoyed very much. Soon after graduating, I realized I wanted to train clients that are at all different training levels! I transitioned to personal training at FT, love this place!

    In my free time, i'm mostly paying attention to current sports seasons. I'm an avid Giants, Yankees, and Nets fan. Time with friends and family is super important to me. Daily workouts are important to me, and I use this time to sharpen my skills and use my knowledge to better improme myself and my clients.

    Turning a passion into a career has always been my goal. I’ve been an athlete/dancer since I could walk so being able to focus on improving your body has always been important to me. After years of conditioning, strength training & just over all knowledge about the human body, I knew early on that I wanted to be a fitness professional. In 2016, I completed my Personal Training License, soon after I became Pilates Reformer Certified in 2017. My goal for every client I train is to give confidence & to not look at working out as a chore but to have fun in their fitness journey. The best feeling is when my clients have a “wow” factor after accomplishing goals that they never thought they could. I believe the human body is incredible & when we focus on our health we will be amazed on how it transforms. I’ve worked at other gyms throughout the years, but Fitness Together is a training facility that I truly admire. I’m coming up on 6 years of working at the studio! This health & wellness center has taught me a lot & has taken my skill to another level. The business model is amazing! One on one sessions in your own training suite/having your own equipment is every client & trainers dream.

    In my free time I stay as active as I can. I spend it with family/friends,training myself,attending dance classes & cooking. My favorite time of year is spring/summer because being outside is where I love to be! Beach trips, training sessions outside & hiking is what I look forward to every year.
