Hello I'm Pete! My journey began in 8th grade with strength and conditioning for sport preparation. I found that working out gave me a constructive and challenging outlet to pursue,I've continued to use that outlet throughout my life. I graduated from JMU with a degree in Athletic Training which was something I enjoyed very much. Soon after graduating, I realized I wanted to train clients that are at all different training levels! I transitioned to personal training at FT, love this place!

In my free time, i'm mostly paying attention to current sports seasons. I'm an avid Giants, Yankees, and Nets fan. Time with friends and family is super important to me. I have been a trainer at Fitness Together for three years. My programs are high intensity and focused on pushing the heart-rate to the roof! My experience as a soccer trainer has helped me learn how to create energetic and fun workouts (for ALL training levels). Interval and HIIT workouts are my specialty in programming. However, I love strength training sessions as they always leave clients feeling accomplished. It is always something I relish when I can introduce a new exercise to someone.

Along with coaching youth soccer at an academy in NYC, I am an avid soccer fan and can be seen at Red Bull games during the season. I enjoy spending time reading classic literature, traveling, riding my road bike, and trying the best restaurants in the tri-state area with friends.
