When I’m not raiding in World of Warcraft, you’ll find me in the gym five days a week, pushing my limits and setting new PRs. My current lifts: a 365-pound bench press, a 500-pound back squat, and a 600-pound deadlift. Fitness and gaming may seem like worlds apart, but they both require discipline, strategy, and a commitment to constant improvement. I became a personal trainer because I have a deep passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals. Having lost 50 pounds and transformed my health over two years of strength training, I know firsthand how powerful exercise can be. My personal trainer inspired me with their support, and I want to provide that same encouragement to others. After being diagnosed with arthritis in my lower back and told I couldn’t lift over 50 pounds, I now deadlift 315 pounds and am no longer on pain management. Fitness has changed my life, and I believe it’s about more than just being active—it’s about fueling your body right. Nutrition has been key to my transformation, and I’m dedicated to helping others discover their strength, overcome their challenges, and achieve their goals through the perfect balance of exercise and nutrition.
