Duanita’s health and wellness journey is what prompted her to enter the world of fitness training. Her passions are fitness training, fitness nutrition coaching and weight loss coaching. From new exercise techniques to nutritional insights, she brings this knowledge to her clients by using it to formulate their individualized programs. Her focus is training and coaching others how to change their habits to live a healthy lifestyle that works for them. It is all about transforming your body and your life for a healthier you.
Duanita has the following certifications: Personal Trainer (NASM), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM), Weight Loss Specialist (NASM), Behavior Change Specialist (ACE) and TRX Suspension Training. Duanita is also CPR/AED certified.
