After graduating with his degree in exercise science, Bryan began his career as an Intern Strength Coach for the University of Maryland Football Team where he developed hands-on experience training elite athletes. Following this experience, he spent three seasons as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the West Virginia State University Yellow Jackets. He helped propel the football team to their first three consecutive winning seasons since 1980.
