    Chelsea has always been active. She grew up playing both recreational soccer and lacrosse, and different pick-up games around her neighborhood. Chelsea focused on her health and fitness from middle school on when she decided her dream was to play lacrosse in college. While achieving that dream at Salisbury University, and being a part of the Women’s Lacrosse National Championship team in 2013 and 2014, she studied Exercise Science and Athletic Coaching. After college, she tried out the professional world of IT recruiting while training clients at her home gym. Making the switch to full time Personal Training was one of the best decisions she has made!

    Sidique has always loved sports and fitness, especially wrestling and boxing. He won a wrestling state title in high school and was an amauter boxer in college. Sports have taught him many lessons that he uses both in training and in everyday life. Such as perseverance through hardship, setting realistic goals, and a strong sense of accountability. He loves to learn and even more he loves to teach. He attended Towson University where he was President and Coach of the Club Boxing Team. That experience taught him firsthand how much exercise can strengthen the mind and body. After graduating, he worked as a boxing coach in Baltimore before making the transition to Fitness Together. Sidique has a unique background in multiple sports and training styles, and he is confident about sharing his knowledge with others in the health and fitness field.
