    Asya grew up an athlete playing both basketball and soccer up to the collegiate level. After her sports career ended, Asya continued her fitness journey by pursuing certifications in personal training and nutrition while earning her BS in Exercise Science at Towson University. Asya interned at Under Armour's Performance Center and also worked as a rehabilitation tech at a physical therapy clinic. Asya knows the importance of fitness for physical and mental health and is sharing that knowledge with her clients.

    Asya loves warm/hot weather, so you can find her at the beach or pool during the summer. She enjoys hitting new personal records in the gym. Asya also enjoys binge-watching shows and/or rewatching movies (Harry Potter series is her favorite).
