Asya grew up an athlete playing both basketball and soccer up to the collegiate level. After her sports career ended, Asya continued her fitness journey by pursuing certifications in personal training and nutrition while earning her BS in Exercise Science at Towson University. Asya interned at Under Armour's Performance Center and also worked as a rehabilitation tech at a physical therapy clinic. Asya knows the importance of fitness for physical and mental health and is sharing that knowledge with her clients.

Jared grew up playing soccer and lacrosse in Westminster, MD from grade school through high school. He felt a strong passion for health and wellness that lead him to study exercise science at Salisbury University. After earning his B.S. in Exercise Science, he found himself working as an Exercise Physiologist at a physical therapy clinic/personal training studio in Philadelphia, where he worked 1 on 1 with a variety of injuries and clients. After deciding to move back home to Maryland, he took his knowledge to a retirement community working as a wellness/fitness coordinator where he learned new ways to approach overall wellbeing. Jared prides himself on being very versatile, having trained people of all ages and physical abilities, ranging from professional athletes trying to set new personal records to the older adult population trying to improve their quality of life and stay active. Jared joined Fitness Together because he loves to help people reach their maximum potential, stay healthy, and stay happy.

Growing up in a third world country (Cameroon), Blaise had no other choice but to stay physically active for the entirety of his childhood. He participated in multiple sports such as soccer, swimming, track and field, and gymnastics. Moving to the U.S. gave Blaise the opportunity to play soccer for different teams including his school team. Blaise went to Towson University where he was an athletic trainer and studied exercise science. He learned an amplitude of information about the human body and ways to maintain a healthy and stable lifestyle both physically and mentally. Blaise joined the FT team to make his clients happy in every aspect of their lives.
