There’s Always Time to Workout
Oct 1, 2015
The most common excuse I’ve heard as to why people don’t exercise enough is because they just don’t have the time for it. WRONG. Everyone has time to exercise. Regardless of how many kids you have, jobs you hold, or errands you run; everyone has time to exercise.
Ten minutes is the VERY LEAST amount of time that exercise can be performed while still receiving results. So what does that mean? If you have ten extra minutes in your day, you have time to exercise! Just remember, to reap the same benefits of a longer workout, you must increase the intensity. For example, a person who walked for an hour would burn almost the same amount of calories if they ran for 25 minutes. Shorter time, similar results.
No excuses. Find time in your day to exercise, because I know it’s there.
