Brian is the manager/co-owner and a personal trainer at Fitness Together. He studied sports management at Lindenwood University where he also played for there dominant football team!

He loves meeting new people and is always up for a challenge. In his free time he likes to play and watch various sports, play guitar, woodworking, and be with his wife/family/friends.

What made him get into the personal training business? "I have always been very fitness/sports minded. Working out and being active just came natural to me. Why not spread my knowledge and love for people by helping individuals change their lives?!"

Personal Trainer/ Assistant Manager

Tron is a personal trainer/assistant manager and  graduated from Lindenwood University in exercise science! He played football for the Lions Division II team and was apart of many clubs and organizations. The reason he wanted to become a personal trainer was because he enjoy helping people to reach their goals through fitness. Being in the health and fitness industry he is all about helping people become fitter, healthier, and happier. He likes to put a smile on people's faces. Satisfying the people and rewarding them with great workouts. You only live one life. Why not make the most of it?

Amanda is our newest personal trainer and has hit the ground running! She is finishing up her last semester at Lindenwood University to get her degree in exercise science. She loves meeting new people and helping them get one step closer to achieving there goals!

Why did Amanda get into the world of fitness? "My passion for fitness and wellness came from a long weight loss journey. I was overweight until the age of 18 and I finally realized it was time to change my ways. After several months of hard work and dietary changes, I lost 80 pounds. From that experience, I discovered the true power of health and exercise; and with that being said, I would like to help others get healthy and stay healthy by implementing my knowledge as a personal trainer."

Personal Trainer

Neal is an awesome personal trainer for us here at Fitness Together. He just finished his double major in exercise science and education at St. Louis University. He is a people person and even played hockey at SLU all four years. He also has a CSCS certification. He recently joined the national guard as well and has developed even more of a strong work ethic and dedication to not only bettering himself, but others as well!

What drives Neal to be a personal trainer? "I love training and fitness because it makes me feel strong emotionally, physically, and mentally. It is rewarding to help people meet their personal fitness goals."
