I have been a trainer at FT since 2017 and what I have enjoyed is passing my knowledge of exercise and its benefits to our clients. Building rapport with clients and helping them achieve their goals has been a refreshing experience during my time as a personal trainer. Working with a wide range of clientele, whether it is a teenager to a person in their 80’s has been an excellent challenge and it has shaped me into the trainer that I am today. I strive to hold clients accountable while also making sure they are enjoying their experience with personal training. Believe it or not, there is a fun component to exercise! I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of clientele and look forward to working with more client’s with motivating stories as to why they decided to come to Fitness Together Delafield and embark on their journey through health/fitness with them.

in my free time I like to
I was a cross country and distance track runner throughout high school and college. As a result of this, running has become a life long sport for me. I have done the Boston Marathon in 2016 and in fall of 2021 plan to race the Chicago Marathon. Other hobbies include reading, cooking, watching sports, and being outside as much as I can! I also coach cross country and track at Franklin High School. Being a personal trainer and a coach emphasizes an active lifestyle and I enjoy everything about it!

I have been involved in sports since I was young. Through different health & fitness initiatives, coaching and teaching, I found my true passions; helping people lead & value a healthy lifestyle while having fun during the process. I thrive off of creating personalized programs that will allow my clients to be successful, build on their weaknesses and achieve their specific fitness goals. Lastly, I am a huge advocate for proficient body mechanics throughout the workout whether it's posture alignment, various foot stances or balance throughout the movements. By having proper body mechanics, it maximizes muscle efficiency of the targeted muscle(s) and decreases the risk of injury to other overcompensating muscles. The more efficient and effective your movements are, the more fluid and pain-free your body will be throughout your day to day life. That is what we want for our clients!

in my free time I like to
lead an active lifestyle with cycling on my Peloton, and going to bootcamp and yoga. However, my favorite place to be is on the golf course whenever possible. I have also been the head coach in Pewaukee for our Special Olympics team for the past 12 years. I love spending time with my family/friends, my dog Bear and being involved in anything competitive. Aside from being active, I enjoy using my creative skills through various crafting hobbies including painting, stenciling, projects on my Cricut machine, card-making and floral arrangements.
