Every time. Also my experience is that my trainer has a degree in sports science so there's more knowledge there than with typical gym "trainers"!who work in health clubs who often "just pick up" their knowledge on the fly working in or going to gyms, along with periodic weekend workshops. My trainer at Fitness Together does a lot of pre-planning for every session to make sure the work I'm doing will not stress my back or strain my back muscles, two issues I've had since being in a car accident. She's also really fun to work with. One last thing I really like is the very small size of Fitness Together -- there's not a lot of people to work around.
