Playing several sports throughout his life, Ben loved being active from day one. He began as a youth athletic coach for the WRAL Soccer League and City of Raleigh Basketball leagues. Ben then dived into weight training. Through his own trainings, he developed expert knowledge on how to alter his body efficiently and healthily. Whether bulking up muscle or cutting weight, Ben learned how to achieve all forms of body transformation. In 2018, Ben obtained his Personal Training Certification from ACE. Seeing how people get overwhelmed in a world of unlimited fitness information, he developed a love for helping people understand the complexities of fitness while ensuring they reach their physical potential.
