Sean is a 2012 graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received his B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science. Shortly after, he attained his Master's Degree in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Exercise Physiology, from UNC-Greensboro. Following undergrad, Sean obtained his ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist certification to better treat the inimical effects of physical and chronic disabilities through exercise conditioning. He specializes in lower back injuries, ACL/MCL reconstruction, complete knee replacements, and rotator cuff injuries. He has worked as an Exercise Physiologist for an Industrial Rehab clinic and also has experience as a Physical Therapist Aide/Fitness Instructor for three physical therapy clinics and UNC Hospitals. Before relocating to Cary to take on the manager position, Sean worked as a Personal Trainer for Fitness Together in Greensboro for 2.5 years.

An avid runner since age 12, Angie has incorporated fitness into her daily regimen and has experienced the triumphs and obstacles that accompany it. Angie is a 2007 graduate of The University of Virginia, where she received a B.A. As a collegiate student-athlete, she has strengthened her knowledge on the importance of program design, proper technique, recovery, and nutrition.
