Since 2011, Tyler has been involved in weight training and has been focused on incorporating a well-rounded approach to health and exercise. After graduating from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Tyler has been personal training clients while taking a functional and holistic approach to program design and exercise prescription. With an active license in Holistic Kinesiology, Tyler possesses the skills to assess and pinpoint underpinnings of pain/discomfort within the body while further addressing postural defaults and correcting muscle imbalances within the musculoskeletal system. Since personal training and obtaining a repertoire of kinesiological modalities and assessments, Tyler excels in correcting lower back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, and much more. Tyler prefers taking a corrective exercising phase where he focuses on conditioning the body, correcting muscle imbalances as well as posture, while also addressing pains within the body.

An avid runner since age 12, Angie has incorporated fitness into her daily regimen and has experienced the triumphs and obstacles that accompany it. Angie is a 2007 graduate of The University of Virginia, where she received a B.A. As a collegiate student-athlete, she has strengthened her knowledge on the importance of program design, proper technique, recovery, and nutrition. During those years she realized the benefits of balancing all aspects, which she continues to practice and promote. After serving as a running coach for several years post college, Angie pursued her health and fitness passion by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). With seven years of personal training experience, she has worked with a wide variety of clientele, including pre and postpartum clients. She is passionate about creating programs and is also a certified nutrition specialist.

Christine has always been athletic and involved in track and field since a young age, but when she became the only girl on the boy's soccer team in high school, she knew she would be hooked on exercise and fitness for life. Always amazed at how the human body works, Christine graduated from James Madison University with a degree in biology, focusing on anatomy and physiology. When her mother's arthritis became debilitating, Christine studied nutrition to help her mother heal naturally through her diet. An ardent skier, hiker and power yoga enthusiast, it didn't take Christine long to realize she wanted to work in the health and fitness industry. Christine is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialst, and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has been specializing in keeping people moving their bodies and making healthy food choices as they age.

Playing several sports throughout his life, Ben loved being active from day one. He began as a youth athletic coach for the WRAL Soccer League and City of Raleigh Basketball leagues. Ben then dived into weight training. Through his own trainings, he developed expert knowledge on how to alter his body efficiently and healthily. Whether bulking up muscle or cutting weight, Ben learned how to achieve all forms of body transformation. In 2018, Ben obtained his Personal Training Certification from ACE. Seeing how people get overwhelmed in a world of unlimited fitness information, he developed a love for helping people understand the complexities of fitness while ensuring they reach their physical potential.
