Sandy Offnick- Byrne Client of the Month

Our Client of the Month, Sandy, started with us in early November as she was looking for a change her exercise routine. Sandy is an avid runner, hitting about 20 miles per week, but was struggling with a strength routine and a way of eating that would turn her body into her ideal figure. Though by looking at, Sandy, most people would say that she was in phenomenal shape and most females would love to be in her shape. However, she didn’t feel that way and knew she could always get/become healthier!!

Ever since joining our PACK Small Group Personal Training, in which she trains 4x a week with us, her results are definitely showing after her first assessment.

  • Over a 2% decrease in body fat and total body weight
  • 6 inches lost
  • 105% increase in lower body endurance
  • 80% increase in upper body endurance
  • 20 lbs increase in upper body strength (bench press Test)
