What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together?

I wanted help getting into a consistent exercise routine and doing so safely, as I’ve had some knee/ankle trouble. I needed some accountability and expertise, and with a toddler at home, I wanted to feel fitter and stronger.

What has Fitness Together helped you with most?

Consistency! Feeling strong and capable. Motivation. Actually enjoying going to the gym! (A very new thing form me.)

How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?

I’m way less intimidated by the idea of strength training and feel like I’ve learned so much. My mentality around myself + what I’m capable of has changed too.

How has Fitness Together helped you with your nutrition?

Being more careful to include more protein in my diet.

What do you like most about the staff or atmosphere?

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It’s great to see clients of all ages, sizes, + abilities too. Every trainer I’ve worked with has been kind, careful, and knowledgeable. I never feel like I’m being judged for what I can or can’t do – only encouraged and supported.
