What was your reason for starting at Fitness Together?
After five years of Ph.D. study, I moved from California to Boston and started a new job. My life of Ph.D. study is stressful. Due to the high intensity of the work, I often needed to eat fast food to save time and was too tired to do exercises. After graduation, I was surprised to see a 22 lbs gain in body weight because of my bad eating habits and lack of exercise. Luckily, the new job is less stressful, and more free time is available. In addition, the increase in salary makes personal training more affordable. To give me a fresh start on this new journey, I decided to sign up for Fitness Together to lose weight and build my muscle.
What Has Fitness Together helped you with most?
Building a good training plan. I was able to see my improvement quickly.
How do you think you have most improved since working with Fitness Together?
Having good eating habits, keeping track of all the foods I eat, and regular training four times a week; These small habits translate into a symmetric way to control body weight and build muscle.
How has Fitness Together helped you with your nutrition?
Fitness together put in a meal plan for me, indicating how many total calories, carbohydrates, fat, and protein I should take for each meal.... MyFitness Pal is an APP that helped track my daily nutrition. Before each training section, the staff will ask you about the situation with the nutrition and remind you to track everything you eat.
What do you like the most about the staff or atmosphere?
