My journey started 21 years ago as a trainer at Fitness Together. Having only worked with athletes previously, I thought that training people for "general fitness" would be a temporary gig for me. But little did I know that I'd fall in love with the idea of changing someone's LIFE one session at a time. I fell in love with what we could challenge clients to accomplish in the privacy of their own training suite. I fell in love with the goal of getting clients to leave the studio after their session, feeling better than when they came in. Bottom line, I FELL IN LOVE WITH FITNESS TOGETHER. 21 years later, I'm the proud owner of FT Mequon (16 years) and FT Whitefish Bay (17 years) and I wouldn't change a thing!
