    My journey started 19 years ago as a trainer at Fitness Together. Having only worked with athletes previously, I thought that training people for "general fitness" would be a temporary gig for me. But little did I know that I'd fall in love with the idea of changing someone's LIFE one session at a time. I fell in love with what we could challenge clients to accomplish in the privacy of their own training suite. I fell in love with the goal of getting clients to leave the studio after their session, feeling better than when they came in. Bottom line, I FELL IN LOVE WITH FITNESS TOGETHER. 18 years later, I'm the proud owner of FT Mequon and FT Whitefish Bay for the past 14 and 15 years!

    I have over 12 years experience of managing Fitness Together studios in Wisconsin and Illinois, and 5 years experience in corporate management. My passion to help others improve their health and happiness comes from wanting to pay it forward after my own fitness transformation--shedding 100 pounds. I am told that I have both, a studious, and contagious enthusiasm in helping clients get beyond the barriers that hold them back--both physical and mental.

Since graduating, I've pursued positions where I can help people improve every day and see that progress whether it is on the athletic field, or in their every day life!
