- You will be working out in a private room one on one with a trainer for the entire session.  (We do not count cardio and warm ups as your time)

- Our scheduling allows flexibility, and you will not need to only rely on one trainer's time.

- You will have the ability to communicate directly with the owner 24 hours a day with any questions of changes.
