I have always had a passion for health and fitness, both mentally and physically. Growing up playing numerous sports, I fell in love with keeping my body moving and began weight training with trainers pretty early on and then on my own, starting in the 8th grade. I have learned so much about training and nutrition throughout my years of sports, working with trainers and nutritionists, seminars, classes, health coaching for DENSO associates, and NASM personal training and nutrition courses. I am blessed to be able to take what I have learned and implement it in training my clients in a personal and intentional way. My goal is to give my clients the confidence they need to work hard in the training room to live better outside the training room.

Besides working out, I love playing volleyball, traveling, being outdoors, and cheering on the Vols!
