    I have been involved with martial arts (Tae Kwon do, wresting, boxing, Brazilian jujitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA) all my life. I have been a fitness professional for the last 5 years, working with all types of clients. Since graduating He has worked in clinical cardiac rehab, Division I hockey strength and conditioning, and personal training. I love being a Fitness Together personal trainer because I am able to devote all of my time focusing on my clients and their needs, while building great friendships, and achieving goals.

    In my free time I love spending time with my 1-year-old son Harrison and reading him Tolkien books. I also enjoy going to concerts and reading comic books as well.

After taking time to study it, and implement my own lifestyle changes, I began helping those around me to do the same. Helping others achieve their fitness goals, and having fun doing it, brings me to life! Not only am I passionate about strength building and weight-loss, but I strongly believe in the mental health benefits that fitness can bring.
