I have been involved with martial arts (Tae Kwon do, wresting, boxing, Brazilian jujitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA) all my life. I have been a fitness professional for the last 5 years, working with all types of clients. Since graduating He has worked in clinical cardiac rehab, Division I hockey strength and conditioning, and personal training. I love being a Fitness Together personal trainer because I am able to devote all of my time focusing on my clients and their needs, while building great friendships, and achieving goals.
