I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2024 with my Exercise Science degree, where I developed a strong interest in human anatomy, fitness, and how the body moves and functions. During my time in school, I became fascinated by the science behind movement and the positive impact exercise can have on overall health and performance. As a personal trainer, I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals—whether they’re just starting their fitness journey or working toward a major milestone. My focus is on improving strength, mobility, and weight loss while creating personalized plans that fit each client’s needs and lifestyle. I have experience training individuals of all age groups between teens and adults (age ranges between 14 - 80 years old).     Hello! My name is Chris, and I am from Baltimore, MD, and I am the Owner here at Fitness Together Columbia as well as the Co-Owner of Fitness Together in Gaithersburg, MD. My journey started as a personal trainer at Fitness Together in Silver Spring, MD back in 2017. I began working there shortly after I graduated from Salisbury University in 2016 with my Exercise Science Degree. I quickly fell in love with training clients and working with a team of trainers at Fitness Together. It is a passion of mine to see clients succeed in their fitness journeys, and help mentor personal trainers in their careers. As I learned more about the Fitness Together Franchisee, I made it a goal to become an owner. I purchased Fitness Together in Gaithersburg in December 2021 with my business partner, and three years later I opened Fitness Together Columbia in December 2024 on my own. I absolutely love being a Fitness Together Owner! You can find me in the studio throughout the week.

    Spend time with my family & friends, including my nephews & nieces! I love spending time outside, whether it's going for walks or hikes. Coffee is great & so are podcasts! I really enjoy listening to music, too.

We'll collect baseline metrics that will help us track your progress.

You'll meet your trainer in a private studio or virtually for a 1:1 session to begin your workout program.

You'll receive an assessment every 6 weeks to celebrate your progress and set new goals.
