    Hello! My name is Chris, and I am the Owner of Fitness Together Columbia. I am also the Co-Owner of Fitness Together Gaithersburg. My journey started as a personal trainer at the Fitness Together in Silver Spring, MD in 2017. Throughout my FT career, I have helped many clients achieve their health & fitness goals. Some of the goals that clients have achieved with me are changing habits in behavior, losing weight, getting stronger by lifting weights, having fun with fitness, sleeping better, having more energy throughout the day, and many more! No matter where you are on your fitness journey, FT Columbia will meet you there and work with you to achieve your goals. I truly believe everyone is capable of achieving the goals they have, and I am confident that Fitness Together Columbia can help you get there!

    in my free time I like to
    Spend time with my family & friends, including my nephews & nieces! I love spending time outside, whether it's going for walks or hikes. Coffee is great & so are podcasts! I really enjoy listening to music, too.
