All through high school I knew that working at a desk job was not going to be for me; at the time I was coaching gymnastics to younger kids and was trying to find the path that I thought would fit best for me. After reflecting and realizing that I loved helping the kids in the job I was currently at, I knew that Personal Training was the job for me. After finishing my NASM Course I got my first training job, as well as a job in Gym Management, and I knew that I had found my calling. I can not imagine doing anything else for work.

Most of my free time is spent doing the things that bring me peace. I often times will write poetry, Reading (Currently a biography of Howard Hughes), or exercising. Over the years I have gotten into combat sports, So if I am not watching two professionals box- you might catch my friends and I boxing in my backyard.
