    Zack moved to Washington from Hong Kong, where he played badminton and fell in love with exercise training. Zack can speak Cantonese, English, and Chinese fluently. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Western Washington University. Before going into personal training, he was a certified nursing assistant who worked with elders with dementia. During college he also worked with physical therapists in Harborview Medical Center and Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center, where he gained a great deal of knowledge in rehabilitation. With his expertise in personal training, Zack wishes to help people get back to a pain-free life and prevent future injuries.
