Training is fun to me. There is no better feeling than to help someone reach their goal. The feeling is simply priceless. At fitness together, I have a chance to grow by developing a designed program based on the client needs and limitations. It is an enjoyable environment.I love interacting with our clients and make the workout fun.

    I have worked with a wide range of clients in one on one and small group settings. For two years I worked as a chiropractic therapy assistant which gave me a different perspective on training for longevity with emphasis on musculoskeletal safety. I have gone through some injuries myself, so I understand what it is like having to work around limitations. Working at Fitness Together allows me to help others see their potential and help them get there.

    I love getting outdoors, visiting new places and trying new things. Lately I have been getting into road and mountain biking which is a great way to enjoy nature and get a great workout. I'm always ready for a concert or weekend getaway, and spending time with family and friends is important to me. I have the sweetest dog, Molly, that I take to the dog park or on a jog.

    My mother was a personal trainer, and in my younger years I got to witness the impact she made in her clients lives. This inspired me to help others too. However, the fitness world wasn't where I started. I decided to first serve as a nurse in the military. I spent 6 years working with active duty soldiers and retired veterans. Throughout those years I helped many patients recover from sports injuries, chronic pain and disease. In 2020, I decided to go back to school to pursue a master's degree in exercise science. My goal is to utilize my nursing experience along with personal training to help people live happier and healthier lives.

    in my free time I like to
    take my four pawed sidekick Toma on walks. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new things with my siblings. During the summer I like to go hiking in the mountains or hang out at the lake.

Meet your trainer in your private suite (or virtually) for your 1:1 session to begin your completely customized workout program.
