Get five private one-on-one personal training sessions in the privacy of our individual workout suites. All of our personal trainers are certified and able to create a customized program based on your individual goals, needs, injuries, and abilities.

Whether you're looking to lose weight this new year, just improve your overall health, or have specific training goals; we will provide the one-on-one attention and accountability you need without the distractions of a gym.

    I became a client at Fitness Together about 18 months ago.  Arthritic joints and joint replacement surgeries had left me with poor muscle tone.  My primary goal was to strengthen the muscles and take the stress off of the joints.  My feeble attempts at strength training at home were inconsistent and it seemed that the third set never happened!

    The trainers at Fitness Together are awesome!  Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they all have great personalities and keep the sessions fun.  They continue to come up with new ways to challenge you and keep you motivated.  Who knew there were so many different ways to exercise the same muscles?  And they hold you accountable.  The third set always happens!

    My muscle strength is much improved since I began training here.  My shoulder pain is gone and my knees rarely bother me.  I’ve lost weight too (which also takes some stress off of the joints), and I’m down two dress sizes.

    I’ve been a client of Fitness Together for eight months. Overall, I feel so much stronger and capable – I began this program to lose weight, but I am proudest of the strength I’ve built. I’m not scared to tackle exercises because now I know what my body is capable of.

    The trainers really customize my workout to accommodate injury, which has limited exercises I am able to perform, and also required a careful progression to build strength. They have been dedicated to my success and are cheering me on each step of the way. The nutrition program has really helped me be accountable as well, changing my eating habits has really been key to my weight loss: over 30lbs so far.

    Certified Personal Trainer

    Joyce has lived in this area her whole life. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Sport Science. Fitness and Nutrition have been a lifelong passion of Joyce’s and she became a personal trainer to share this passion with others through a positive and encouraging approach. Joyce hopes to someday be in attendance when the Indians win their next World Series! She also enjoys running, cycling, cooking, gardening, and traveling!

    Tom is from Salem and he has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He’s also an NETA Certified Personal Trainer. She’s an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an NASM Certified Nutritionist, and she has her NETA Kettlebell Certification. Lindsey was diagnosed with hypertension and knew that she wanted to make changes in her lifestyle. After personally experiencing the benefits of a more active and healthier lifestyle, Lindsey loves the opportunity to share in helping others do the same.
