I started my career as a golf professional and worked at country clubs and golf courses in Myrtle Beach, central Pennsylvania, and the greater Baltimore area. After about 6 years, the seasonality had taken its toll, and I decided to transition into sales to have more financial stability. I’ve spent the last 9 years selling in various industries but, in the back of my mind, I’ve known that my true calling is in movement and health. I have always been an athlete. I played soccer, basketball, and golf in high school, and in the last few years have started running Spartan races. Last year, I completed my first Spartan Trifecta - that’s three races in a calendar year: the Sprint (3 miles), Super (8+ miles) and Beast (13+ miles). The Spartan Beast was the hardest thing I’ve ever done - my particular race turned out to be 15 miles at Killington mountain in VT. I still play golf as often as I can, so if you play and ever need a fourth, I’d love to join you.
I met my wife, Erica, about 12 years ago while working at the Penn State Golf Courses. She has worked in the fitness industry for 13 years and actually started her career as a personal trainer. We have a dog named Martin who is a border collie/lab mix. Both Erica and I have plenty of pictures of Martin to share, and we’d love to see photos of your dogs, too!
Owning my own business in the fitness industry has been a dream of mine for years, and I'm grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of the Winchester community and your personal wellness journey.
