Fitness Bucket List

Pondering a bucket list can be fun! Have you thought about skydiving, swimming with dolphins, learning how to play chess, backpacking through Europe? Brainstorming and writing these ideas down also makes it more likely that you will do them someday, so why not prioritize exercise goals in the same way? Wherever you are on your fitness journey it's always good to set goals. Its helps hold yourself accountable while making sure you don't get bored.

My personal fitness bucket list is always evolving.

Some things I have checked off the list include running a half marathon (I actually have done 4!), completing a Tough Mudder, learning how to kickbox, and getting my 1 rep max deadlift to over 200lbs. My next big goal is to be able to do 8 pull-ups in a row. Now, I want you to think about your own fitness bucket list. Below, are some ideas varying in degrees of difficulty, but all are totally doable with patience, practice, and the right support. Send me your ideas for your fitness bucket list and I am happy to help you start crossing things off!
