Chad is a Fitness Pro. A graduate from Johnson & Wales University in Hotel Restaurant Mgt. Chad was an avid athlete in high school were he played soccer and basketball. His senior year Chad got into an automobile accident causing him to gain close to 100lbs. Chad was heavy all throughout college and into his mid 20s. He began his weight loss journey with a personal trainer and it changed his life, losing over 100lbs. Chad found his passion and wanted to inspire others. He opened up Fitness Together in 2004 and has trained over 50,000 one on one sessions in his career. When Chad isn't training he enjoys strength training going to Soul Cycle and meditation.
