How does Fitness Together help you reach your goals?
In our neighborhood, there are endless places to work out or get personal training. What sets Fitness Together apart is that it offers more than the workout. Fitness together understands that health has more facets. It offers a comprehensive approach with exercise, nutrition and motivation. Most important, it is offered within a positive and encouraging environment, designed for my success.
What do you like most about Fitness Together?
The program is very personal to me. For example, in the fall, Michael, my trainer, took the time to research the training program for the US ski team, adapt the exercises to my level, and incorporate them into my program to make me a more balanced skier. Because I travel for my job, Michael wrote a program that I could do in any hotel gym. He also helped me navigate the breakfast buffets, business dinners, and airport food, so I could keep on track. The focus is on my goals and the best way for me to achieve.
What keeps you motivated?
Feeling strong. When I started with Fitness Together, I set some goals that, honestly, I didn’t think I could achieve. And then I did. I feel strong. My motivation is that I want to show up and find out what else I can do.
