FAQS

Q: How do I get started?

A: Call your local studio and ask for a free consultation.  Prior to setting up the in-studio appointment, you will be asked a few preliminary questions so we can learn a little more about you.  During the consultation you will have an opportunity to tour the studio and learn more about what we do.  We may ultimately find that we are not the right fit for your needs (we are not for everyone), but if we find that we are a good fit we can move forward with a personalized program at the conclusion of the consultation.

Q: How long until I see results?

A: We assess our clients regularly. Our clients who have followed our complete weekly plan and journaled their healthy nutrition plans have consistently seen positive results, including remarkable improvements in strength and endurance during this period. Like most things in life, the more YOU put into it, the more YOU will get out of it.

Typically we have seen 5lbs lost in as little as a month....

Q: How many times a week does the typical client work out?

A: There are no “typical” clients – everyone’s program is unique to their goals, their time commitment, and their budget.  Some of our clients train 2-4 times per week.

4 times per week for best results.

Q: Is the Fitness Together studio like a small gym?

A: Not quite.  Fitness Together studios are composed of individual fully-equipped training “suites” which are designed for one client and one trainer at a time.  This affords a high degree of efficiency and individual attention, as well as privacy.

Q: What makes Fitness Together different from other like businesses?

A: At Fitness Together, there is no “average” client.  We are not “women only,” and we are not “healthy people only.”   We have no requirement for age, ability, or anything else!  We have worked with as young as 9 and as old as 90, and have prepared people for everything from marathons to knee replacement surgery!  Due to the advanced ability and experience of our staff, we can work with people who are post-surgery or post-physical therapy, have major limitations, or who just don’t feel comfortable in a gym or group setting!  The only thing “average” about our clients is they want to get in shape but are unsure of where to start!  Our only requirement is a commitment to change, and to do all of the things necessary to make that change.
