We are excited to partner with Ali Brigham, MA, CHHC, NANP

Ali is a Masters Certified Nutritionist, Certified Holistic Health Coach and
the founder and owner of Charlotte Nutrition and Wellness, Ltd.
She has trained for 22 years in neuroscience, clinical healthcare and alternative/holistic nutrition
science. As a result, her passion-driven practice reflects her thorough knowledge and deep respect
for both ideologies.
With each client, Ali creates a completely personalized “roadmap to health” to suit one’s unique
chemistry, metabolic schematic, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. She incorporates a true holistic
approach as she guides her clients to experience a balanced lifestyle and optimum well-being.
Ali holds a Master's degree in neuroscience and biochemistry, enabling her to understand nutrition
on a cellular level. She maintains a fierce commitment to educating and helping others navigate the
confusing waters of health and wellness and stays above this ever-evolving field by continually
examining peer-reviewed research.
Ali founded Charlotte Nutrition and Wellness because she wanted to provide an easy and affordable
way for people to get healthy and fit, feel and look amazing and stave off disease. She is on a mission
to free people from the ineffective ‘dieting’ mindset and the useless cycle of calorie restrictive, yo-yo
dieting, so they can get back in touch with their bodies, enjoy food, and let the excess pounds melt
away, without feeling a drop of deprivation.
Her holistic approach of nourishing the body with whole foods, removing toxins, managing stress and
teaching you how to make this a realistic lifestyle are the keys for life-long weight control.
