    Shelby is transitioning into personal training from teaching elementary school for the past seven years. She has a passion for educating and empowering others, whether it be 8-year-olds in a classroom or adults in the gym. Based on her own life experience, she wants to show her clients the life-changing power of leading a balanced, healthy lifestyle. Coming from a background in dance, Shelby plans to use her knowledge of total-body stabilization, flexibility, and strength to enable her clients to feel their best inside and outside of the gym. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to come alongside and partner with you and the rest of the Fitness Together team!

    In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 2-year-old son and husband. Shelby loves being outdoors, trying new restaurants, and watching sports - especially college football!
