Owner/Personal Trainer: Masters Exercise Science/ NASM- CPT/ TRX Certified

While growing up in the other sunshine state of Florida, Kelly developed a strong love of health and exercise while earning 11 varsity letters in high school. After high school she attended Furman University where she competed as a Division I softball player and earned her Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science. Soon thereafter Kelly earned her Masters degree in Exercise Science at the University of West Florida and became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. Stints as assistant volleyball and softball coach and 2 years as a personal trainer and fitness manager for 24 Hour Fitness in Dallas followed. While in Dallas, Kelly enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients from competitive athletes to reformed couch potatoes. Young and old, men and women of all walks of life responded enthusiastically to Kelly’s personal care. Here in Santa Monica, Kelly specializes in helping people reach their fitness goals through proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and safe, effective weight training and flexibility techniques. She is also a TRX Suspension Trainer. She attributes her clients success to goal setting, providing motivation, accountability, and most importantly by having fun!

Personal Trainer: ACSM CPT

John comes to us as an ACSM certified Personal trainer who has been training since 2006. He specializes in Body Transformation, Post Rehab Training, and Sports Specific Strength and Conditioning.  He pulls all of his training principles from researched and proven methods to insure a consistent and up to date training experience. 

Goals/Hobbies

One of John's goals is to compete in a bodybuilding show, a powerlifting competition and a strong man competition, all in the same year.  He enjoys out door activities such as hiking camping, mountain biking, rock climbing and trail running.  He is also a bit of an adrenaline junky and enjoys any activity that involves speed, heights or danger.

Personal Trainer: NASM CPT/ Kettlebell Athletic Level 1 Coach

Enrique Ceniceros is a Certifed Personal Trainer through the National Acadamy of Sports Medicine and Kettlebell Athletics. He is a specialist in human movement performance with a passion for kettlebell & ultimate sandbag training systems.

In 2011 Enrique found his passion through his own experience of losing 120 lbs and training in a movement approach system. His weight loss and training success landed him a starting position at fullback with the California Dolphins Semi-Pro Football Team. That season the team made it to a championship game and Enrique was awarded Rookie of the Year.

Enrique is a true believer in education to enhance the ability to change the lives of his clients, friends, family and anyone who crosses his path. With his love and passion of movement performance and fitness, Enrique will guide and unleash your true potential.
