John comes to us as an ACSM certified Personal trainer who has been training since 2006. He specializes in Body Transformation, Post Rehab Training, and Sports Specific Strength and Conditioning. He pulls all of his training principles from researched and proven methods to insure a consistent and up to date training experience.
One of John's goals is to compete in a bodybuilding show, a powerlifting competition and a strong man competition, all in the same year. He enjoys out door activities such as hiking camping, mountain biking, rock climbing and trail running. He is also a bit of an adrenaline junky and enjoys any activity that involves speed, heights or danger.
