There really is strength in numbers and our Private Group Training proves it! In a group of 2-4 people and a Certified Personal Trainer, you’ll experience working out like never before following a systematic program designed to get results in a private group setting.
PACK Training is small group personal training from the personal training experts. PACK combines the energy and fun of the small group, with the coaching from a FT certified trainer all conducted in a private setting.
