I've been working out twice a week at the Fitness Together Prairie Village location since February, 2005. My goal has been primarily to maintain muscle tone and a healthy heart. By attending my scheduled sessions regularly which have been personally tailored to my needs, and having other relatively mild forms of exercise, my objectives have been achieved beyond expectation.
Friends who haven't seen me for a while, tell me "you look great!", and strangers have asked, "are you really seventy-nine?" And aside from a few minor aches and pains, attributable I suppose, to the aging process, I feel just as good as they say I look.
