Haillee is our September client of the month!

Haillee started with FT when she found herself at a loss for how to continue her journey losing weight and building muscle. These days, Haillee boasts further weight loss, a ton of endurance, increased muscle tone, and the ability to touch her toes without bending her knees!

Her top 3 exercises? Jump rope, Russian twists, and running in place with a waist band.

Haillee has a very hectic, busy schedule that doesn’t make it easy to get in a workout; but she shows up and gives it her all every time. Her favorite part of being a client here is the staff who are always so sweet to her and always work around her crazy work schedule.
