Vanilla Almond Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 14 grams Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry Old Fashioned Oats
  • 3 pitted prunes
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • Ice (optional)

***For TakeDown Challengers, use your individual unit portion amount and adjust accordingly.

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients into blender, blend until creamy. Add ice before adding more almond milk, but add more almond milk if necessary. ENJOY!
