Slow Cooker Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

3 large sweet potatoes *you may add more but cooking time will be longer
1 cup milk of choice (I prefer almond milk)
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
1 cup Walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
-Cut sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes and add to slow cooker
-Cook on high for two hours
-Add cup of milk
-Add Walnuts
-Cook for another 1.5 hours or until potatoes are soft and mash together
-Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
-Easy!
