September 7th, Flexibility
Better flexibility may decrease your risk of injuries along with relieve pain by helping your joints move through their full range of motion and enabling your muscles to work most effectively. Stretching also increases blood flow to the muscle. Watch this episode of Coach's Corner for tips on how to increase your range of motion!!

August 12th, Protein Pancakes?
- 1 banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1&1/2 cups your choice of milk
- 1tbsp+1 tsp baking powder
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- handful of almonds (optional)
Blend oats and milk until smooth, add chopped banana, almonds, flour, baking powder and protein powder. Blend until batter is a nice thick consistency. Let batter sit for 10 minutes. Pre-heat a skillet then make yourself some protein packed goodness! Makes approximately 10-12 pancakes in 1/4 cup increments.
Incredibly easy and a nutritious way to enjoy proper amounts of carbs/protein/fats. They are delicious with or without syrup! I top mine with some blueberries and no-sugar added raspberry preserves. If you make the recipe please post to the Facebook page what you thought! Enjoy!
