Hi! My name is Kristina Janicke. My older cousin taught me about exercise at a very young age and as I got older I started to get more interested in fitness. I started out running and then slowly started to incorporate different types of exercise like plyometrics, yoga, and weight lifting. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Monmouth College and went on to be a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and wellness coach. I have trained clients of different ages and skill levels. I have also taught kickboxing, yogalates, and core classes.
I love training because I get to help people make improvements in so many areas of their lives through exercise. When clients share with me that they are seeing improvements not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally it solidifies for me that this is my passion. This is what I’m meant to do and I can’t wait to make a difference in many more lives!
