Q: How long until I see results?

A: We assess our clients regularly. Our clients who have followed our complete weekly plan and journaled their healthy nutrition plans have consistently seen positive results, including remarkable improvements in strength and endurance during this period. Like most things in life, the more YOU put into it, the more YOU will get out of it.

Typically we have seen 5lbs lost in as little as a month....  

Q: How many times a week does the typical client work out?

A: There are no “typical” clients – everyone’s program is unique to their goals, their time commitment, and their budget.  Some of our clients train 2-4 times per week.

Q: Why is Massage Included in Many of your Packages?

A: At Fitness Together, we know that the key to maintaining a strong, healthy body is train at the right frequency and intensity and to allow the body to recover.  Our clients do this through rest, hydration, stretching, and massage.  Massage therapy helps to flush lactic acid and other waste materials out of the body and promotes circulation of oxygenated blood into the muscles.  Massage is also a great way to de-stress and reward yourself after a great workout!

We offer 60 and 90 minute massages at the Northshore location of Fitness Together, both to training clients and those just looking for a great massage.  Our therapists are skilled in deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and relaxation massage techniques.  They are trained to make our clients feel comfortable, are responsive to your requests, and are highly professional.
