Tell us how training at FT has changed you: 
Training at FT has made me a lot stronger!  

Why do you like Fitness Together?   
The workouts are so efficient:  I love getting a thorough workout in 45 minutes a couple times a week. And I like the trainers- I've worked out with everyone, and while each trainer has a different style, each puts together a great workout.

How did you discover Fitness Together? 
I had been struggling to get back into a fitness routine after my daughter's birth and my return to work.  I walked by the studio on my way to work in January of this year and noticed the sign on the sidewalk.  The 45-minute personal training session and the great location were perfect to help me get back into a routine.

Tell us some of the results you have achieved: 
I can do a ring-up!  At the beginning of the summer, when Jeff had me try one, I questioned whether a ring-up/chin-up/pull-up was a realistic fitness goal for most women.  Jeff put one ring-up as my fitness goal for the summer challenge, and sure enough, I could do a ring-up by Labor Day.   It's one of the few times I've been happy to be wrong about something!

Some of the results I've seen are less measurable but make me just as happy.  My posture has improved. My form on all of the fundamental exercises is so much better (thanks Chris!) I notice increased functional strength in daily activities - for example, it's a lot easier to squat down and scoop up my toddler with one arm (without falling over) than it was before. 

Do you do 1-on-1 training? If so, why do you like it?  
Yes.  I like it because there's no more efficient workout.  The trainers know my goals and my weaknesses, and they design workouts accordingly.

What is your favorite exercise? 
Burpees - 1, because I can remember the name, and 2, because it's such a well-rounded exercise.

What is your favorite healthy food? 
Anything my husband cooks- he makes amazing chicken biryani & fish curry.

What is your favorite “cheat meal”? 
Wine & cheese!
