Garrett Z.

FITNESS SALES MANAGER/ PERSONAL TRAINER / OWNER OF NEW CLIENT ACQUISTION / I.S.S.A CFT & CERTIFIED SPORTS NUTRITIONIST

Garrett has been with Fitness Together for over 10 years. He holds a Master Trainer Certification from NFPT, a Certified Sports Nutritionist and CPT from ISSA as well as several others in flexibility and injury prevention. Garrett’s true passion is helping others reach their health and fitness goals through weight training, nutrition consulting and lifestyle changes. One of his favorite things to do is try new workout concepts to see their results and then apply them to clients that would benefit from that type of training. Garrett lives in West Boylston, MA with his wife Allyson and twin boys Brody and Gavin.

Certifications: NFPT Master Trainer, ISAA CPT and CSN, American Red Cross CPR & AED

Hobbies: Weightlifting, Mountain Biking, Disc Golf, Family Trips

Scott R.

PERSONAL TRAINER/ OWNER OF RESULTS DRIVEN PROGRAMMING/ BS EXERCISE AND SPORTS SCIENCE WITH MINOR IN BUSINESS / NFTPT CPT

Scott graduated from Fitchburg State University with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science along with a minor in Business.  He did his internship at Northeast Sports Training where they actively train athletes ranging from Middle School to the Professional level. Scott is also CPR/AED certified through (ARC) American Red Cross.   Playing baseball and being active has always been a part of his life.  He is a great motivator and has a lot of positive energy that is brought to our FT team.  Scott shows the passion and dedication that will help clients accomplish their goals.

Michelle R.

PERSONAL TRAINER/ MS SCIENCE IN NUTRITION / REGISTERED DIETICIAN SPECIALIZED WEIGHT MANAGEMENT & MEDICAL NUTRITION THERAPY DIETS / NASM CPT

Michelle completed her personal training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is CPR/AED certified. Her specialties are helping clients get strong and lean with functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, and carrying. She also loves to train balance, core, and metabolic conditioning for any experience level. In addition to being a personal trainer, Michelle also graduated from Framingham State University with a Master of Science in Nutrition and is accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). She is a registered dietitian who works specifically with weight management and establishing healthy relationships and routines with food. She also prescribes medical nutrition therapy diets for a range of chronic health conditions. Her passion is in transforming nutrition and exercise from items on the to-do list to ingrained habits that feel right for her clients. 

Education: Master of Science in Nutrition and is accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) - Framingham State University

Certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is CPR/AED certified

Hobbies:  Long outdoor walks, kettlebell technique, home yoga/meditation practice, keeping up with podcasts, making music playlists, and of course -- playing in the kitchen!
