Fitness Together® Newton is looking for a Lead Personal Trainer who is passionate about coaching the other personal trainers on the team to continuously improve their knowledge and skills. Fitness Together® Personal Trainers genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of clients and take pride in their work by providing an exceptional client experience that leaves a lasting impact. They empower commitment by holding clients accountable to their goals, and constantly go above and beyond to encourage progress over perfection. In addition, the Personal Trainer Lead is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager with recruitment, hiring and training new Personal Trainers on the Fitness Together® client experience.
