Alyssa Wilson, personal trainer, Fitness Together Mission Hills San Diego, demonstrates a Total Core Workout exercise series which works out your abdominal muscles or abs, obliques & lower back muscles. 

Alyssa shows you the proper techniques for doing overhead sit-ups, internal/external oblique crunches & lower back extensors, which help your posture. Doing three sets of of each exercise with about 10-15 reps will help give you a strong core that's so important to good fitness!
