Client of the Month!

Results:  With my steady combination of exercise, diet and medication, I was able to lower my total cholesterol  from  308 to 195 points and triglyceride levels from 277 to 152 in two months.

Exercise Likes:  The trainers, of course!  I enjoy boxing, stretches, rowing , and squats while in the studio.  I enjoy doing yoga and meditation, as well as long walks in nature otherwise.

Exercise Dislikes:  Looking in the mirror while working out and exercises requiring too much coordination!

What Motivates You:  Feeling better physically and mentally by having more energy, clarity and confidence motivates me.  Knowing that I am responsible for my own health and body, I need to take care of me!

Greatest Challenge:  Food shopping and altering favorite recipes to be healthier.

Most Proud of:  Making my health and self care a priority.

Advice for Others:   I love quotations and have many to inspire me.  A few favorites are “Don’t dig your grave with your own knife and fork.” – English Proverb and “Those who think they have not time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness.” – Edward Stanley
